While website design and digital marketing are the services we deliver, our work goes much deeper by creating an IMPACT on the communities our partners serve. With the right digital tools, small businesses have the power to endure through turbulent times and better their communities.
We were seeing the success of businesses that stuck with us through the pandemic. They had made it out of the tough economical stretch, and many of them were doing really well at this time. We were seeing the impact our team was able to provide, not just for their business, but also for the lives of these business owners, their families, their employees, their employees’ families, and—ultimately—their entire community. It was a great feeling, and we wanted more of that!
We looked at Solverium’s values and formulated the IMPACT acronym:
With humble roots in a dorm room at the University of Arizona, Solverium has a strong culture of personal development. Our team is a group of people inspired by opportunities of growth, and they are encouraged to dream big, see opportunities where others might not, and to create a life they enjoy.
We discovered we were not shining a light on the ways that we were already giving to nonprofits and community organizations. Through this process, we found the opportunity to share with the team the impact of our philanthropic giving. But most importantly, the biggest opportunity we found was to grow and bring in the voices of the team. Our team now goes out into the community and volunteers at a nonprofit of their choosing for one day a quarter funded by Solverium. Often, they continue support on their own, and we are so proud of the contributions of our team.
Solverium honors our different human stories. Authentic action is leaning in to create space for expressions, learning, and experiences of individuality, diversity, and inclusion.
We believe in the power of mentorship, so much so that everyone at Solverium has a coach. The coach’s role is to bring out the personal and professional goals that we all have and keep progress being made with small, achievable actions. We also see it as our duty to teach others outside of the organization the knowledge and skills of our trade. We work with website design and marketing agencies around the country to share our framework for success.
We understand the power of small businesses. By helping local businesses win, we impact not just the lives of those business owners, but the lives of their families, which ripples to their employees and their employees’ families. Their revenue is pumped through the community and other local businesses and cities and even entire states are changed.
Our team strength comes from the time we spend together, the human power force of good that we are, the group values, the fun, and the positivity we create together.
